Part of what has made our work so successful are the students who work as interns in our office. Interns at PFADP work on field organizing, media relations, fund raising, and other aspects of PFADP's work.

PFADP staff works with our interns to create quantifiable goals for each internship and assigns projects based on each intern's interests and skills. Past interns have written articles for and helped edit our newsletter Take Action, Not Lives; implemented grassroots education and mobilization efforts through telephone campaigns and organizing community meetings and forums; developed PFADP's website and email systems; organized special events; and worked on mobilizing students at dozens of college campuses.

PFADP has sponsored interns from the following educational institutions:

Many interns receive academic credit. PFADP sometimes provides stipends for summer interns.
