FROM RALEIGH:
On I-40 westbound take exit 273 at Route 54 towards Chapel Hill. Just past Glen Lennox Shopping Center and a BP gas station exit onto 15-501/Rte. 54 Bypass westbound towards Carrboro. Go about 3.5 miles to the Merritt Mill Rd/N. Greensboro St. Exit to the right, turn left towards Carrboro onto Merritt Mill Rd. go down to the light and turn right onto Greensboro St. Go up Greensboro St to the second light at Weaver St, just past Wendy's on the left. (Pass Main St.) Turn left on Weaver St. and go just past the auto repair shop on the left. Turn left into 203 Weaver St. (Provence Restaurant) and pull all the way up behind the building with the ramp at back and the brown door with a window. Walk up the ramp, go down the hall, staying to the left and you will see PFADP, Suite 2-G.

FROM SOUTH DURHAM:
Stay on the 15-501 bypass towards Carrboro. Take the Merritt Mill Rd/N. Greensboro St. Exit to the right, turn left towards Carrboro onto Merritt Mill Rd. Go down to the light and turn right onto Greensboro St. Go up Greensboro St to the second light at Weaver St, just past Wendy's on the left. FROM DOWNTOWN DURHAM:
Get on Durham expressway to 15-501. Get on 751 and quickly turn left onto Erwin Rd. Take Erwin south a few miles and turn right on Whitfield Rd. Go a few miles,passing Duke Forest on the right, all the way to NC 86/Airport at I-40. Turn left on NC 86/Airport Rd. through several traffic lights into Chapel HIll. Turn right on Estes Dr. Ext. Take that all the way to Greensboro St. in Carrboro. Turn left on Greensboro St. but make an immediate right on Oak St. Follow Oak St. through several stop signs until you reach Weaver St. Turn left on Weaver and make an immediate right at 203 Weaver St. (Provence Restaurant) and pull all the way up behind the building with the ramp at back and the brown door with a window. Walk up the ramp, go down the hall, staying to the left and you will see PFADP, Suite 2-G.

FROM DOWNTOWN CHAPEL HILL:
Go west on Franklin St. towards Carrboro. Go through several traffic lights. Follow the bend in the road at Al's Garage at the west end of Franklin St. It will turn into Main St. in Carrboro. Go straight at the 5-way intersection near Weaver St. Market. Go through another light, pass the side of Wendy's on the left. Park at 110. W. Main St. enter the building, go to the stairs at the end of the hallway, go up, and PFADP is at the top, suite 2-G. [OR: Veer right at the 5- way intersection near Weaver St. Market. Go through the next light and turn left into 203 Weaver St. (Provence Restaurant) and pull all the way up behind the building with the ramp at back. Walk up the ramp, go down the hall, staying to the left and you will see PFADP, Suite 2-G]

FROM GREENSBORO/WESTERN NC:
From I-40/85 take exit 148 in Burlington onto Rte 54 South. Go about 30 miles to Carrboro. Turn left onto Main St. at Carrboro Plaza. ---OR From I-40-/85 take exit 261 just south of Hillsborough and drive approximately 10 miles south (veering to the right after about nine miles at Old Fayetteville St.) to Rte 54. Turn left at the light and left at the next light onto Main St. at Carrboro Plaza.---Go to 110 W. Main St. or go around the block and pull in at 203 Weaver St. (Provence Restaurant) to park behind the building. Pull all the way up behind the building with the ramp at back. Walk up the ramp, go down the hall, staying to the left and you will see PFADP, Suite 2-G.
